Poor Artemis

So my kitteh likes to burrow under blankets and sleep the day away, but lately this has been causing him problems. For three nights in a row, one or both of the dogs have lain ontop of the blanket he was under. His pitiful cries for help could be heard throughout the house. The wonderful thing about my dogs is that even though they figure out the cat's under the blanket, they still don't care and actaully settle down to get more comfortable, thus squishing Artie even more. When he finally does manage to wiggle free, he's meows his reproach and stalks off and the dogs give him this look that says: well, maybe you shouldn't be so comfortable, fatty.


Did I also mention that his kitteh belly has gotten so big it actually blows in the wind?

OMG

I have just re-read both Lorna Freeman's Covenants and the second book The King's Own. Lorna Freeman, why oh why do you not have  a website? I need, absolutely need, the third book. I read somewhere that there is a problem with the publisher and that they won't/can't publish and that Ms. Freeman is stuck, but what's a fan to do if there is no real information out there or way of contacting the author. I absolutely must have a third book! I'll die, maybe, if I don't!


Does anyone have any information on the Borderlands series?


In further news about malfunctioning pets, my father gave the rabbit a HUGE piece of cabbage, almost half the head yesterday. I did not realize that he had given her such a large piece until I walked into the room and saw my little Usagi gleefully attacking a head of cabbage bigger than she is. She had climbed it like an edible Mt. Everest. Well, needless to say, it gave her gas....really, really bad gas, to the point where my bedroom stinks so much I can't be in there, I can hardly concentrate. And OMG, there is nothing more awkward than rabbit farts. She doesn't appear to have diarhea, thankfully, so at least it's just gas, but wow, does that stink.


She just keeps giving me this look, like, why didn't you stop me.
