Allo all! [livejournal.com profile] rokk_lobster is looking to move a tabletop game we started and only got a few sessions into online as irl it is hard for us all to get together.

[livejournal.com profile] rokk_lobster is looking for 1-2 players who would be interested in joining our campaign. His campaign setting will be loosely D&D based as far as character and world development are concerned. However, that being said, no knowledge of D&D is actually required to play, as the stat sheets [livejournal.com profile] rokk_lobster is using are mostly to help guide him as far as storytelling and character abilities are concerned. The campaign setting is an extra-planar adventure wherein your character would be some form of celestial being working with an angelic police department as agents/detectives for said organization. The campaign will take players from a mundane Earth to steam-punk filled other-Earths with a high probability of cyber punk and whatever else tickles [livejournal.com profile] rokk_lobster's fancy. Think Tsubasa.

Your character guidelines are thus:
-a celestial being of some form (you could be human or elf or dwarf or whatever, you'd just add a celestial template to it)
-of a good alignment
-any class
-whatever background you like ([livejournal.com profile] rokk_lobster is very accommodating and will try to make any character you can think up work in his worlds. Trust me, I got a good aligned half-demon/half-drow sorcerer character to fly with him in one campaign).

In the party are already a ghaele bard (me) and a hound archon paladin ([livejournal.com profile] rayechu). There is also a lillend bard NPC who already has stats made if anyone is interested in playing them. (She is a she, but if you would like to change the gender, that's okay, too, as I was originally supposed to be the (male) lillend but changed my mind and decided I'd rather be a green elf).

I'm just amused by the extra-planar angelic cell phone that [livejournal.com profile] rokk_lobster has designed and that we transport via old school, English rotary-dial telephone booths...Dial one for heaven, 2 for hell, 3 for purgatory, all other destinations should be handled through 411.

If you're interested and would like to play, please comment! And don't worry about the D&D stuff, that can all be handled later. As I've said, no actual experience with that is required. (Although, if you do have the 3.5 manuals and guides and are familiar with them, that's awesome.)
