darkelf105I just received Rosemary Edghill's "The Sword of Maiden's Tears" via inter-library delivery. I must say, I'm delighted because I haven't had this type of delicious brain candy for awhile. Cheesy as it is, I've always loved the tradition in fantasy genre that consists of "Lookit! I brought an elf lord home!" and then the ensuing antics of said elf and the mortals who happen to adopt him. Tis one of my sooper seekrit soft spots. I don't usually admit to liking these types of books, but today is a good day, and thus I'm reveling in it.
