not quite in the realm of shows you mentioned, but I do miss Batman Beyond (the story of Batman's replacement, Bruce Wayne is like 80)

I also miss The Jury, which is one of the numerous Fox failures, it had a short run but I enjoyed. And I can't forget to mention The War At Home.
