Dear History Channel,

I used to love you. A lot. You put out some pretty entertaining popular history. But lately, I've noticed that you pretty much only think that Hitler, aliens, monsters and occaisonally Free Masons count as history...so, uh, well, that's okay. I like a little hilarity in my life. I'm pretty sure I've even seen a program that incorporated both Hitler AND aliens, that was good for a hoot,

But, let me get something straight with you, the minute you use Tim LaHaye as your "expert", I no longer find you hilarious, I find you to be...well, pandering waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay below the common denominator.

So, you and I will be ending our temptestuous relationship...after tonight's MonsterQuest, for after all, it's "Killer Crocs".

Aha, once on a program about pirates they had a dude from my hometown up there because he dresses up as Blackbeard for various functions.

Yes, unfortunately. And then after he'd say something crazy they'd pan to a scientist who would then say something along the lines of um, well, no that's really not God's wrath coming down for all those damn Sodomites, but then get cut off as the narrator then went on to explain, no, those scientists didn't just contradict our resident crazy said, you misheard, the world really is going to end tomorrow.
