So today, because I get bored and my mind wanders so I eavesdrop shamelessly, I heard a bunch of Kyo Kara Maoh fans bad mouthing Cecilie von Spitzweg.

DO NOT DO THIS FOR SHE IS AWESOME. I love her and she has so much more depth than fans give her credit for. Plus she is mama. And effing adorable and effing ridiculous and I loves her for that. Totes the reason I kept with the show in the beginning...well that and Yuri getting sucked down the toilet.

This was it pretty much. And I think they were kinda youngish so they were hating on one of the more prominent female characters in a show dominated by good looking men-folk. I wanted to say something...but it was snarky and along the lines of "Well, you all like Conrad, so that shows what you know." But fiance restrained me and moved me along.

Of course it was for nothing specific in the plot. I've only seen up through season two and as far as I can tell, she remains pretty much consistant, which means AWESOME. I like her alot and after re-watching the first season, I've realized she has quite a bit of depth and character and that is pretty amazing considering that she doesn't get as much screen time as the boys.
