So I briefly contemplated putting up all the art of I have done for the Broken Lands comic and decided not to, because as I have recently learned, I have forgotten everything I have ever known about drawing. Which sucks. Because it means now I have to look up things like perspective, color theory, and the proportions to draw human faces. And my favorite inking pen has died. And I don't have the money to replace it. On the other hand, this gives me the excuse to indulge in the art section of the library.....and yes it is possible to max out your library card. I gotta return something, sometime.......

On a better note, the uber expensive book I bought about pastels was well worth it! I am having a great time with this medium, unfortunately, the color gets muddy or loses its vibrancy because the water color paper I have sucks to even do water color with. It just isn't thick enough or rough enough to adequately handle the amount of color I put on it. But I am sastisfied. Also, "Arabian Nights Entertainment" has come and I am soooooooo excited. The illustrator (amybe Ford) of Andrew Lang's work so gorgeously works the stories into his pictures and I am now very inspired. I may do a whole watercolor series based on it. I am feeling artsy!

Also, for you rayechu, I may have a story dump. Outlined most of Shasta Daisy's back story. So maybe sometime next week you have your favorite blue half-fiend to read about.

Trust me and scan your art and at least upload it somewhere. I lost all of my old stuff, and while nothing I have ever done has been good I spent time on it and wish I still had it.
