Okay, I know I am behind the rest of the world, but I finally sat down and watched like the first six episodes of season four of Dr. Who and I have this to say:


OMG DONNA IS SO AWESOME. I LOVES HER TO ITTY BITTY DONNA PIECES. OMG YAY!

ALSO OMG LITTLE ADORABLE DOCTOR CLONE!!!!!! RUNNING AROUND UNSUPERVISED IN THE UNIVERSE!!! IF SOMETHING BAD  OR STUPID HAPPENS TO HER DO NOT TELL ME FOR I WILL BE WROTH WITH YOU.


OMG DONNA YAY!!! AGATHA CHRISTIE YAY!!!! GOD THE DOCTOR HAS A THING FOR BLONDES, BUT OMG DONNA IS THE BESTEST THING EVER, YAY!!!!

Haha. I saw the Agatha Christie one on TV with Clare. Have you seen Doctor Horrible's Sing Along blog? I think Ryan would like it as he liked Serenity (which makes way more sense the second time around), but it seemed to have a similar feel to Doctor Who but with singing of course.

No Ood. Well, I sorta fell asleep and have been reluctant to watch it. I loved the Ood, really, really loved them, but the first time they appeared....well, I know the Doctor mourned that he couldn't save them, but an entire people disappeared horribly and the whole concept of a race?/species? that lives to serve and does so happily, and the exploitation and all the other squicky issues that, um, got tucked neatly under the table last time, well, I er, haven't wanted to see it again, because sometimes Who frustrates me so much.

Then you really must see this one. Really. Really. Really. I had trouble with it the first time I saw it, because it starts much along the vein you mention and it hurt. But trust me. Watch it through.
