There are exactly three things I should probably be doing right now: discharging, inputing the new magazines into SIRSI, or going through the donations to see if there is anything worthwhile to send to TSD, instead I have chosen to feed my addiction to the internets and have taken a break---cuz I really have been working hard. There were so many freaking books in the drop this morning that it took me an hour and a half to get them done, and still they came. And there were lots of magazines to check in...and screwit, you and I, we know that I do not work hard, ever. Anywho, I was wondering, should I start reading fall stuff now, or wait until October.? I want to reread "Something Wicked This Way Comes" and I bought a book at Borders that looks very Halloweeny and I have muy Lovecraft to read and I bought a leather bound book of ghost stories and I have a new Poe anthology......Should I start now, or should I wait? I have already started and am loving "The Dracula Tapes". But what else should I read....and if any of you say the stuff for class, I am going to shove squeaky toys in all of you bodily orifices and let Baby have her terrier way with you. But really, recommendations would be appreciated....also, anyone seen any good movies, TV or listened to some good music....I'm bored, and procrastinating. I don't want to look at the assignments for Creative Writing. Not yet any way.

on 2006-09-26 01:16 am (UTC)Akira is a cult classic, we can watch it later this weekend if you remind me to bring it. It starts out kinda slow and grungy but the second half is pretty good, and I can stand the dub so you don't have to read the subtitles.
